1/ Any personal information about you which is collected by us through correspondence will not be disclosed to any third parties except with your prior consent and in the following two cases:

i/ Should you decide to proceed with an order, your consent will be requested to disclose your personal information to the supplier of your new car for the purpose of establishing your financial arrangement with the relevant supplier.

 

ii/ Should you decide to make an application for credit to finance the purchase of your new car, your details will be required by lenders for the purpose of considering your application. The lenders may use this information to carry out searches with credit reference agencies and those searches will be recorded and may be shared with other lenders wishing to assess future credit applications by you or members of your household. Lenders may also use this information for statistical or marketing services.

2/ In the event that you do not decide to proceed with an order, but have supplied us with your personal details, these details will not be used for any subsequent purpose at all.
