1/ Do your prices include delivery?
All the new cars, lease cars and pre-reg special deals that we advertise for sale on this web site include the cost of delivery to any mainland UK address. (Please Note: This does not apply to the used car adverts displayed on this web site).

2/ Where are the hidden extras?
There are none! Our prices include delivery, first year road tax and the full manufacturer's warranty. We will not ask you for a deposit when you place an order. Your payment is made directly to the supplying car dealer or leasing company. (Please Note: This does not apply to the used car adverts displayed on this web site).

3/ Why are you so cheap?
Well, we pride ourselves on being able to offer some of the cheapest deals on the internet because of the extensive list of contacts that we have with the new UK car manufacturers, dealer networks and motor finance companies. As we regularly submit bulk orders, we are in the unique position of being able to negotiate the best deals on behalf of our customers.

4/ The model I want is not on your web site, can you still get a price?
Absolutely! Just click on the ask for a quote link on any of our pages and tell us what you're looking for. Please include any factory fit options or specifications you would like and then just let us do the leg work for you. We'll come back to you with a great deal on your chosen car.

5/ How long does delivery of a new car normally take?
Unfortunately there is no easy answer to this. Delivery is entirely dependent on the actual vehicle in question, whether you have specified any factory fit options and the lead time from the manufacturers. Delivery can be anywhere between 1 and 12 weeks, but this may still not account for all cases. If you would like to know the estimated delivery time for any car, please click on the check availability button on our new car pages and complete the short form. Alternatively, you can complete our ask for a quote form and we'll let you know the availability of your chosen vehicle.

6/ Can you arrange finance for me?
Of course! We can offer a range of funding plans for your new car from personal hire purchase to corporate contract hire and finance lease. Please visit our car finance page for more information. 7/ Where are you based?
Our offices are based in Flintshire, North Wales but we secure car deals throughout the UK. Delivery can be arranged to any address on the UK mainland and is included in the advertised price of the car.
